Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware/software issues
- Assist users with system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Document and resolve IT tickets using our service management system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security and maintenance
- Conduct regular system backups and recovery procedures
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Train staff on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Valid driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
