Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 500+ employees across hardware, software, and cloud platforms
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and application issues
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Document IT processes using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Assist with Azure cloud resource provisioning and monitoring
- Conduct security awareness training for new hires
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS troubleshooting methodologies
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to learn technical documentation and follow SOPs
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
