Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolution processes in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on network and security protocols
- Assist with hardware inventory management and asset tracking
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
