Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and Mac systems
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system implementations
- Conduct user training on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Ability to lift 25lbs for equipment maintenance
