Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for clients.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify root causes of complex technical problems.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to support critical business operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
