Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software across the organization.
- Manage local network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in our ITSM tool.
- Train new employees on IT policies and software usage.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
