Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is secure.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software components.
