Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Manage and maintain the company inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and network access.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support training costs).
