Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, anticipating market shifts and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) into core offerings
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services (3+ examples required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills with executive-level presentation abilities
- Experience scaling technology teams and fostering innovation cultures
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy (articles, patents, books)
