Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure and peripherals.
- Respond to and resolve incoming help desk tickets and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Document technical procedures, user issues, and resolutions in our knowledge base system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to diagnose complex system errors and implement fixes.
- Conduct regular system health checks and minor upgrades as directed by management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company safety and security policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and internet protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
