Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Log and track all customer interactions and support tickets in our CRM system.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical problems.
- Conduct routine system updates and perform basic security checks.
