Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across devices.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best practices for security and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct technical interviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
