Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms
- Create engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly performance reports
- Support client communication and relationship management through scheduled touchpoints
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Manage project timelines and deadlines using internal workflow tools
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating creative projects (academic or personal) is highly desirable
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
