Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Organize store merchandise and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and store objectives.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior sales experience is necessary; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
