Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Organize store shelves, restock inventory, and maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure all operational goals and sales targets are met.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
