Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales goals by recommending products and services that meet customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash or card payments.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to retain loyalty.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
