Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and engage with potential customers to identify their needs.
- Present product and service solutions to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Track and record customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant information using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
