Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Seattle metropolitan area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through direct outreach and follow-up.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of value propositions.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective local outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
- Reliable transportation to navigate the local Seattle area for client meetings.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
