Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Louisiana and Mississippi markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8-10 sales professionals
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with enterprise clients
- Analyze market trends and adjust tactics to exceed quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling campaigns
- Track KPIs and provide weekly performance reports
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding $5M+ annual sales targets
- Strong network in Louisiana's technology and healthcare sectors
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel 20% of time within the Gulf Coast
- Must be authorized to work in the US
