Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide top-tier customer service.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent the brand professionally at local events and client meetings when required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
