Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem-solving
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
- Assist in cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Participate in cross-departmental training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- 0-2 years of technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and basic networking concepts
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs for equipment maintenance
