Responsibilities
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes
- Provide Tier 1 IT support to internal teams
- Contribute to digital marketing campaigns and social media management
- Document technical procedures and create user guides
- Collaborate with senior team members on project deliverables
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning
- Complete certification training programs as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
