Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computer networks, printers, and operating systems.
- Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to non-technical users to resolve their inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and customer interactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and internal software updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and network connectivity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience is highly preferred.
