Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, counting, and organizing stock to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely under supervision.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and demonstrate a consistent attendance record.
- Communication: Basic verbal and written communication skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
