Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor 10-15 team members on safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies daily
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift background
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development success
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced overnight environment
