Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and conveyors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory accurately to maintain high standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
