Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors after basic training.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and storing inventory with high accuracy.
- Product Inspection: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Packaging: Perform proper packaging and labeling of products for distribution.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
