Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately with a warm, welcoming demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide detailed product information.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked at all times.
- Process and restock inventory to maintain optimal product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for walk-in applicants.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid photo ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
