Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for walk-in candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
