Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction rates
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for response times and resolution
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
