Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns
- Analyze market data and consumer trends to optimize campaign performance and ROI
- Lead a team of 4-6 marketing specialists with mentorship and performance management
- Manage $500K+ annual marketing budget with quarterly forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with product teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
