Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels
- Lead a team of 5+ marketing professionals and manage $2M+ annual budget
- Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation through SEO, content, and social media
- Implement data-driven analytics to measure ROI and KPIs
- Oversee agency partnerships and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership
- Proven success scaling B2B tech brands in competitive markets
- Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools
- Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience managing budgets over $1M
- Excellent communication with ability to present to C-suite stakeholders
