Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document daily activities and maintain accurate records
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
