Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Implement lean methodologies to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Manage team of 15+ warehouse associates through training and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with transportation and inventory control teams
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in logistics
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Forklift certification required
