Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain enterprise-level hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 100+ local clients
- Implement cybersecurity protocols across hybrid environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document technical procedures and conduct staff training
- Monitor network performance using enterprise monitoring tools
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years enterprise IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
