Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with troubleshooting desktop/laptop problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Document IT incidents and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical issues
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory control
- Conduct user training on new technologies and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
