Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and upgrades
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Monitor system health and proactively resolve technical issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+, or AWS/Azure fundamentals
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
