Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues across diverse client environments
- Implement security protocols and maintain system integrity
- Document technical procedures and create user documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
