Responsibilities
- Perform routine assembly and manufacturing tasks with high attention to detail.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment following standard operating procedures.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Complete necessary paperwork and shift reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
