Responsibilities
- Operate assigned manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read safety labels and instructions.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required for night shift schedules.
- Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
