Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect, sort, and package merchandise to ensure accuracy and meet quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels by performing cycle counts and stock organization.
- Load and unload trucks in compliance with safety regulations and time constraints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
