Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and packing orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Ensure the workspace is organized, clean, and strictly adheres to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to facilitate a seamless handover of tasks and information.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and proficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
- Resolve minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
