Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with digital focus
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and CRM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets
- Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot preferred
