Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
- Analyze market trends and consumer data to optimize campaign performance
- Manage social media channels and content creation strategy
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Track KPIs and generate monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with design teams on visual assets and brand consistency
- Manage vendor relationships and marketing budget allocation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaign results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Local Memphis residency preferred for in-person collaboration
