Responsibilities
- Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Perform vital signs and EKGs
- Administer medications and injections
- Manage electronic health records (EHR)
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
- Coordinate with pharmacy for prescription refills
- Support front desk operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active MA certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Phlebotomy and EKG proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy with EHR systems
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
