Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics
- Lead and mentor a team of 12-15 associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain OSHA standards
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Generate and analyze operational KPIs for continuous improvement
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party logistics partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in warehouse operations management or logistics leadership
- Strong proficiency with WMS and inventory management software
- OSHA certification and experience with safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- Familiarity with Arizona transportation networks and distribution channels
