Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations including inventory management and route optimization
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery timelines
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Analyze operational data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Train and mentor new team members on standard procedures
- Generate performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Proficiency in supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
