Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and inventory management across 3 Pennsylvania distribution centers
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ staff in process improvement initiatives
- Develop vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with local suppliers
- Analyze operational metrics to reduce costs by 15% annually
- Coordinate with Pennsylvania state agencies for compliance reporting
- Mentor junior staff through monthly training workshops
- Implement sustainability initiatives aligned with PA environmental standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania labor regulations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and inventory management software
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent
