Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and train a team of warehouse and logistics staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company protocols.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce strict safety compliance protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Prepare weekly reports on shift performance, attendance, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, or retail.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and operational workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime as required.
- Valid forklift or material handling equipment certification is a plus.
