Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow optimization
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and cost-reduction strategies
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and quality standards
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for production equipment
- Develop and implement process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing operations leadership
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt
- Expertise in inventory management and logistics
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
